Who are we? Well I’m glad you asked! We’re the Graw’s. Table for 4 please!
We’re honestly your typical American family. I (Josh) work as an electrician and Kim (my wife) works as a college professor. Our 2 munchkins (Maddie and Lucy) round out our adventuring party. We’ll tackle just about anything, although it may come with some serious trepidation, but you only live once so why not?!

It is a time of travel and toast crumbs.
In the chaos of modern life—where work hours drag longer than Texas highway lines and the budget groans louder than a carry-on zipper—a family of four dares to carve out something rare: intentional time together.
Led by Josh, the tireless planner and navigational Jedi, and Kim, the snack-slinger and morale master, the Moseying Moose family embarks on epic journeys across the Southeast and beyond—armed with nothing but curiosity, camera gear, and a cooler full of juice boxes.
Their young Padawans, Madelyn and Lucy, fuel the quest with endless questions, spontaneous dance battles, and a thirst for new adventures. From tiny roadside diners to tucked-away hiking trails, this ragtag crew seeks out the hidden gems—places where magic isn’t manufactured, it’s discovered.
Though they often travel on a shoestring budget and race the clock more than they’d like, their mission is clear:
To explore bravely, laugh loudly, eat curiously, and inspire other families to do the same—without needing a royal treasury or a vacation planner droid.
This is not just a travel blog.
This is a slow, snack-filled, joy-packed rebellion against the ordinary.
